 MIS Toner Plus is an advanced toner workstation. You can clean and refill all toner cartridges available in the market. Thanks to its superb filtration system powered by HEPA filters, all fine dust including toner powder is kept enclosed. HEPA filters are industry leaders because they can strain up to 0.3 micron. As we consider the average particle size of toner dust ranging between 0.5 and 0.7 micron, it is guaranteed that toner dust is kept enclosed inside the system instead of floating in the air. HEPA filters used in MIS Toner Plus strains all fine dust at %99.97 efficiency rate.  MIS Toner Plus is equipped with an advanced control panel. With the switches mounted on the control panel, you can start the illumination and vacuum system. And, it gives you a brief report about the status of the filters from its LCD display.  The LCD display on the panel gives precise and instant information about instant air outflow and clogging level of the filters.  When the filters are clogged, MIS Toner Plus warns the users with a sound alert to replace the filters.  MIS Toner Plus has an automatic slider door. So you can adjust its height according to how tall you are. Furthermore, it is equipped with obstruction control system. Therefore, while you are lowering down the door, the risk for your arms or hands being jammed between the cabinet door and closed hood is eliminated.  With the spacious closed hood, you can clean and refill all toner cartridges in comfort.  In addition to the florescent lamp inside the closed hood, thanks to the windows at the sides, illumination is not a problem in MIS Toner Plus.  MIS Toner Plus has an air gun installed in the closed hood. It is used to blow pressurized air in cleaning toner cartridges. It is not an electronic appliance and powered by the external air compressor unit.  In order to ease the assembling and dismantling toner cartridges, MIS Toner Plus is also equipped with an air screwdriver. Its revolving speed and direction can be adjusted easily not to damage the screws mounted on toner cartridges.  In the closed hood, there is also a waste channel. Therefore, while cleaning your toner cartridges or replacing the components such as, OPC Drum or Magnetic Roller, toner powder or packaging material can be trashed without taking the cartridge out.  Trash bag is connected to waste channel, located at the right hand side of the machine.  The last but not the least, MIS Toner Plus is also equipped with an air dryer or air filter. It is used to remove the water particles (humidity) from the blown air. And, it prevents toner powder from getting lumpy.  When the motor starts, there happens an air flow inside the closed hood through the filtration system. Therefore, in refilling toner cartridges, the floating toner powder is strained by the system and kept enclosed safely.
